How is tracked MRR calculated?
Tracked MRR is the monthly recurring revenue across every billing account you connect, normalized to a monthly amount. Annual plans count as one twelfth per month. One-time charges and usage overages are not counted.
What happens if I grow past my tier?
Nothing breaks and your data keeps flowing. We let you know, and you move to the next tier at your next renewal. We never cut off access to your own numbers.
Can I change my term later?
Yes. Moving to a longer term applies right away with prorated credit for what you already paid. Moving to a shorter term takes effect at your next renewal.
Which billing systems do you support?
Stripe, Paddle, Chargebee, Recurly, Braintree, the App Store and Google Play. Anything else can be connected through our REST API or a CSV import.
What if Loopmetric is not right for us?
Every plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no reason needed. After that you can cancel at any time and your plan simply runs to the end of the term you paid for.
How do you handle my billing data?
Loopmetric uses read-only access to your billing provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can export or permanently delete your workspace at any time.
